What is it that makes your clan/team unique compared to others:
Well where other clans have either, a really great community although not so good in the battle field, or vise versa. Rune Raiders has it both. Now not to come off arrogant, I'm sure theirs some clans out there that are top 10 and have an enivorement in which friends are made. But see, in Rune Raiders were not just friends, were family. We have our laughs, but also if anybody had anything really important to discuss then their wouldn't be a single person in RR you couldn't talk to. We just have a special bunch of people that is so rare to find, nobody is ever made to feel left out. And of course, we can definitely hold our own in the battle field.

And if that wasn't enough, we're now one of the very few clans that are still around since Runescape Classic! So we have definitely seen it all in our 7 years of being around, and although we've had our ups and downs... we've always put having fun first which is why I believe were still to this day going strong.

How would you describe the Leadership of your clan/team:
A unit. Nothing gets done on an individual note, were all on the same wave length of things. If anyone in our leadership is ever unsure about something, theirs discussion. An organised unit that our members can feel free to come and talk to about literally anything.

How do you think the members / Leadership relationship is in your clan/team:
Well as I said, members definitely do feel free talking to us. I've had many people coming to me about things going on irl, whether it's girls or family issues, we always have the time for our members.

What are any flaws your clan/team has:
In terms of going for #1, I guess our flaw is that we do take this game for fun rather than anything else. I mean, we are ambitious and as any clan, we do hope for going back into the top 5 some day but heck, if your not having fun your not playing this game right and that doesn't show much for ya lol.

Other then that, well I mean we are, at the end of the day, a bunch of humans and so some do have days where they just break, be it because of pressures with exams/at work, or anything such as that. So arguments break out occasionaly although when such a thing happens, I believe it's all about how you take care of these events. And at that, I think we do quite well.

What are goals your clan/team has:
We have many goals, always aiming higher we give ourselves goals near to every week so that were always going strong. A few of the long term goals I would say is to be the only clan in the top 5/10 that has the most friends in terms of other clans. Since we believe that friends is a fundamental point in enjoying yourself, the more friends the more fun in our eyes so it is our goal to capatalise on that.

Rune Raiders is one of those old clan names that people say... Hmm. Where'd they go? Well it's pretty simple that they didn't go anywhere. Rune Raiders has been massing their power again after a slowing of power during a certain amount of past months. The Rune Raiders have had a constant goal and growth of organization and quality over quantity. Their belief in quality has lead the Rune Raiders to solid growth and power once again. They are becoming their former powerhouse look alike's again with a new twist with the change of the layout of warring.

Rune Raiders overall has a great warring squad. They are a clan that will pull decent numbers for their power and be able to compete at all levels. They are a clan that directly called out everyone to war just for the aspect to test themselves. They do war quite a bit during the week but they are a clan that does not showboat. They know they do not need all the publicity of a new clan so they will refrain from posting all of their wars. They do a variety of matched options wars and full out wars that gives the average player a good perspective of all around warring.

The Rune Raider community is in a word : Funny. These people are characters. They have leaders and members that act like they are on the same page and the same level of power when it comes to talk. They know when to have fun and cut up but also when to put on the business face and go to work. They combine a great sense and feel that everyone is cared about to aid to their overall tightness. Although they do lose here and there they are a clan that as a community does not look down on a loss but only improves from their losses which is a quality I personally would like to see more from clans.

The Rune Raiders Leadership gets the point that being a good leader means you have to know how to be a good member. These guys are some of the best at this. When you talk to them you feel like your talking to a real person and not just another leader automated system. They will do anything for their clan and they make you feel at home. Although slightly "goofy" at times they have the ability to really help aid the growth of their players over time.
