Description:
A blood magic build using Life Transfer as the elite (recently buffed by arenanet). All skills are core or prophecies, making it an easy build to get a hold of.
It is a fairly well balanced build, however it is missing direct energy management as all energy skills for necromancers are from Nightfall or Eye of the North.
