Overview:
This build is for a hero in your group that is a mesmer. The point of this build is to continuously keep your HP up while spamming interrupts on your foes. Tease is one of the best skills your mesmer can use when facing Monks, other Mesmers and Necro's . This skill will allow your hero to make their recharging a lot slower and allow for your main hitters to get faster KO's.
MAKE SURE YOUR HERO IS ON GUARD!
Armor:
Set your mesmer up with high HP and Energy Armor. You don't really need any +1's for any of the armor but it will help if you have some. Overall you want your hero to have all the HP and Energy possible to stay on Guard and stay out of the direct fight to keep everyone protected.
Weapons:
Use a 40/40 Set or high enchant bonuses.
